What we host

ReelGrab does not store, cache, or host any user-generated content from Instagram. When you paste a link, we fetch the file from Instagram in real time, stream it to your browser, and discard it. We have no copies of any reel, photo, story, or audio file.

What a DMCA notice can ask us to do

Because we don't store the content, we can't remove it from a server — there's nothing on a server to remove. What we can do:

• Add a specific Instagram URL or account to a block list so ReelGrab refuses to fetch it.
• Remove specific references or links to your content from our editorial pages.
• Provide any information we have about a request (we don't log URLs, so this is usually "nothing").

How to send a notice

Email dmca@reelgrab.example with:

1. Your contact information (name, email, mailing address, phone).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work — links to the original posts, profile, or registration if applicable.
3. The specific Instagram URL or account you want added to our block list.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you're a creator whose content was added to our block list and you believe it was added in error, email the same address with a counter-notice including your contact info, identification of the blocked URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the block was a mistake, and your signature.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly attempt to bypass block-listed content may be IP-blocked from ReelGrab entirely.
